Wireless, Finally!

Thanks for the post from Hal Potter

I think I am the last person in the United States to finally get wireless internet service at home. Up until last week, the only internet connection I had at home was a hardwire connection. I didn’t think it was such a big deal, and didn’t mind sitting at my desk when I had something to look up or do. I started working from home about a month ago, and then sitting at my desk all day started to drive me crazy. I don’t think I realized how nice it would be to have a wireless connection before working from home because I never had to be on my computer for long periods of time. What is the point of having a laptop if you don’t have a wireless connection? I guess I put off making the switch out of pure laziness. I didn’t want to have to wait around for a technician to come out and set it up for me. Now I feel like I was really missing out on the flexibility having a wireless connection offers me. I can take my computer where I feel comfortable and don’t have to just sit in one place all the time.
